Imported from Italy
Our selection includes hundreds of wines from 60 winemakers across nearly every Italian region, along with a wide range of regional specialties - cheeses, prosciutto, salami, olive oil, pasta, coffee, and sweets - all sourced from small family producers and artisans. Every product we offer is personally selected and imported directly from the producer. Fresh goods arrive weekly. Most of our products carry protected designations of origin or organic certifications - or naturally meet those standards thanks to traditional, eco-conscious, and locally rooted production methods. We care deeply about offering food that is healthy, high-quality, and respectful of biodiversity, seasonality, and the sustainability of our planet. In addition to well-known Italian staples, you’ll also discover rare regional gems - often made in small batches or available only seasonally.

Freshly made by us
Some products are best when made directly where they’re sold. That’s why we prepare our own bread, salads, panini, pizza dough, fresh pasta, gelato, and desserts on site. We follow traditional Italian recipes and place great emphasis on authentic craftsmanship, freshness, seasonality, the origin of ingredients, quality, and sustainability. Our next-generation bread is baked daily using flour from ancient, non-modified grain varieties grown in strictly ecological mountain areas. These grains are cultivated according to age-old principles - without artificial fertilizers - and result in bread that is exceptionally aromatic, rich in nutrients, and full of natural vitamins. We never use commercial yeast to leaven this bread. Instead, we rely on natural sourdough, often started using the bran left over from milling the grain itself.

Our Bakery Principles
1. We are artisan bakers. 2. Every day, we bake bread by hand using just four ingredients: flour, water, sourdough, and salt. 3. We use only Italian flour from small, mostly organic, artisan producers. 4. We prefer slow, natural sourdough fermentation - it makes bread tastier and easier to digest. 5. The smell of freshly baked bread drives us crazy. We love it deeply. 6. We honor the heritage of Italian baking by following traditional recipes. 7. Pane & olio - bread with good olive oil - is a simple Italian classic. Try it! 8. Bread is part of human culture, which is why we stand firmly against industrial, ultra-processed bread. 9. Baking fresh bread every day takes hard work - but we do it with passion and pride. 10. Some breads are even better the next day, so don't waste them. 11. Old bread? Don’t throw it away! Use it in delicious dishes like panzanella or pappa al pomodoro. 12. We love to experiment with Italy’s most iconic baked good: pizza. We use only the best ingredients, and there's nothing like a fresh pizza with organic mozzarella and tomatoes. 13. All our paninis are made with our own bread - and that makes all the difference.
