Konírna

Even in the 1920s, the Konírna continued to serve its original purpose, housing the horses of the Radlice dairy. During a carefully executed reconstruction, authentic elements such as troughs, columns, and wooden flooring were preserved, creating a unique rustic space with a cozy atmosphere. The open kitchen features a one-of-a-kind multi-story Tuscan grill, 'Lu Furnu,' fueled by charcoal from Paolo Parisi's workshop, which allows for the perfect simultaneous cooking of various meats. The giant gastro pan adds an entertaining touch, providing a captivating show.
